Our HR Team is expanding at an expeditious rate with a number of exciting, high tech, futuristic projects on the cards. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist or In-House Recruiter to join our Lotus HR team, located at our Lotus Tech Creative Centre in Coventry. The role is initially for 6 months on a fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent thereafter.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced, agile environment, for a world-renowned premium, Automotive brand.

Working with the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in helping to implement the Talent Acquisition Strategy and support the building of Visualisation Design Teams ensuring we achieve the full head count for operational effectiveness.

You will also work in close collaboration with the local HR Business Partner to ensure all new employees are hired and onboarded in the true Group Lotus way, as they begin their exciting employee journey and career with us.

This is a truly great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist or In-House Recruiter who enjoys the challenge of sourcing exceptional talent from a relatively small talent pool, working to tight deadlines in a high performing and energetic environment and enjoys working autonomously to achieve desired outputs.

**What we need from you?**
- Previous experience of end-to-end recruitment (2+ years)
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Guide hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process
- Extensive knowledge and experience of recruiting senior management roles
- Resilient and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to attract and source great talent without using recruitment agencies
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.
