Talent Acquisition Specialist UK & EuropeWere now looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our clients HR team and play a pivotal role in attracting top talent across the UK and Europe.About the Role As our Internal Recruiter youll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of functions including engineering product design software development supply chain sales marketing finance and operations. Youll work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract the best people who share our purpose and values.This role is based in Coventry City Centre three days a week with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with managers to understand current and future recruitment needs across the UK and European teams.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from writing job adverts and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.Use a variety of channels LinkedIn job boards direct sourcing and networkingto attract diverse and high-quality talent.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for roles across engineering technology manufacturing and commercial functions.Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.RequirementsAbout YouWere looking for someone who is passionate about finding great people and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
