Resident Experience Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Resident Experience Lead to join the team at Eat Work Art.
This role assumes responsibility for building and maintaining an exceptional resident experience with a focus on community, resident services, and facilities.
Overseeing the Front of House teams across sites, you will hire, train and develop the best talent to ensure our sites feel welcoming, efficient and inspiring. You will cover the first hour and lunch of the Front of House shift.
You will streamline our systems, in particular overhauling our current post management system. You will ensure all resident services such as meeting rooms are provided to the highest possible standard for a seamless resident experience.
With excellent people skills, you will build relationships with residents, connecting them to one another to weave genuine relationships and enhance our community. You will oversee onboarding and off-boarding of all residents and lead on an annual calendar of events to promote community and add value to the resident experience.
You will ensure the smooth running of our physical buildings, conducting regular site walks and implementing KPIs and spot checks to ensure optimal standards. You will oversee the day-to-day management of our waste, cleaning and security providers.
You will be responsible for the management of our co-working spaces including all lettings and renewals, reaching and exceeding occupancy and revenue targets.
Reporting to the Resident Experience Manager, you will provide administrative support and ensure the resident experience is optimised throughout each resident's lease so as to reach and exceed renewal and revenue targets as a team.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while having the ability to maintain a relaxed and friendly manner at all times.
This role is based at Hackney Downs Studios, working at other EWA London sites several times each month.
