**As a Night Receptionist at The Resident Victoria**:

- you will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals.
- you will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks,being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
- You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.

**As our next Night Receptionist, you will**:

- Have great communication skills
- Have a friendly professional service style
- Be a problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Be a team player with the ability to work independently
- Be motivated, positive and eager to learn
- Be flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise
- Have good IT skills
- Ideally have experience in a guest service environment
