**Job description - Contracts Co-Ordinator**

Full-time Contracts Coordinator required for an established manufacturing and installing company based in Bromborough, Wirral. An excellent opportunity with great progression paths within our friendly and thriving Operations Department. **Duties will include**:

- To be the first line response to all Key customers.
- To deal with all customer enquiries promptly and efficiently according to specific SLA.
- Scheduling engineers to attend jobs within set time frames.
- To ensure a valid Purchase Order is received for any call out requests.
- To assist customers with general or job specific enquiries / updates.

**Requirements**:

- 3years of experience planning within the construction industry
- Exceptional communication skills - written and oral.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Skills and experiences to undertake the role and accountabilities listed above, and behaviours which reflect our company’s values.
