**The Role**

The **Procurement Administrator** is responsible for buying in medicines and products required for Target Healthcare Limited. They will be responsible for managing stock levels, sourcing new products for enquiries and ensuring that outstanding orders are monitored and delivered in a timely manner. The role will include maintaining and building relationships with suppliers and ensuring that we are sourcing the best quality products and the most competitive prices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sourcing of pharmaceutical and lab consumables for our non-sterile manufacturing labs and warehouse
- Adding new products to our database in keeping with regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update stock reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines for unlicensed medicines.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of products and service
- Working well as part of a busy team and building relationships with suppliers
- End to end ownership of supply cycle, from placing PO to chasing discrepancies
- Ensure that outstanding orders are delivered in a timely manner. Follow up on these daily.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices

**Skills and Attributes Required**
- Experience in procurement preferred, however this is an entry level role and full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
