**The role**

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic solicitor to join our team of specialists who are recognised in The Legal 500. The focus of this role will be the resolution of property-based disputes.
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes,
- Commercial development disputes,
- Commercial easement disputes (as well as other real estate nuisance claims),
- Trust of Land disputes,
- Residential landlords and tenant disputes, and
- Residential property and neighbour disputes.
