Debt Recovery Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive Due to significant growth, we are now looking to hire an experienced Solicitor/Litigation Executive for our multi award winning B2B debt recovery operations. The Solicitor/Litigation Executive will beresponsible for managing their own caseload of senior and complex matters, providing legal advice for some of the biggest household name brands in the UK. Day-to-day reporting will be to the Contested Claims Manager, overseen by the Head of Debt Services.Role Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading your own caseload of litigated matters within the Debt Recovery department.
- Acting for the firm's clients at all stages of the debt recovery process, from sending letters of claim, issuing court proceedings,requesting judgment, and taking enforcement action.
- Managing a portfolio of clients' aged debt matters and reporting on activities to the Contested Claims Manager and Head of Debt Services, as required.
- Demonstrating technical and strategic knowledge aboutthe firm's debt recovery services and procedures, both internally and externally.
- Working alongside colleagues across the department to maximise revenues generated from successful recoveries.
- Be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in a commercial debt recovery role in a legal firm.
- Have experience in managing your own significantcaseload of complex debt recovery matters.
- Possess excellent IT skills with the ability to produce informative reports.
- Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Preferably have experience of working with Liberate (not essential as training will be provided).
