enior People Analytics Business Partner
Role Summary
Sr. Analytics Business Partner will join Adobe’s Employee Experience organization, reporting to Director of Analytics Business Partnering. This role will focus on Analytics Business Partnering for EMEA region and engage on cross-functional projects globally. This is a highly impactful and cross-functionally connected role.
What you’ll do
- Build and own relationship with stakeholders, and serve as their main point of contact to the People Analytics team
- Consult with HRBPs, HR COEs, & leaders across the business to build a deep understanding of current business priorities, and ensure reporting and analysis align with those objectives
- Serve as a thought partner to HRBPs and other leaders, and conduct analyses and/or literature reviews to advise on key business and people questions
- Leverage academic and industry research, analytics, and knowledge of HR trends to address practical business challenges
- Conduct statistical analyses on complex data to answer key business questions
- Explore, prototype and iterate on insights from internal data and research
- Partner with research, data science, and business intelligence members of People Analytics team on complex analyses, modelling, and data transformation
- Author presentations and communicate results of analyses to (non-analytical) audiences in a way that drives impact and decision making
- I nfluence the People Analytics Roadmap by advocating for high impact HR initiatives and sharing business context with the Adobe’s global People Analytics team
- Translate business requirements into technical reporting/BI requirements for BI projects, partner with BI team on wireframing, testing and rollout of reporting/BI solutions.
- Champion proper data handling to maintain privacy & confidentiality standards

What you need to succeed
- 7+ years of experience working in data science/analytics, ideally in People Analytics, and/or consulting to organizations
- Statistical and analytical proficiency (required)
- E xperience in doing moderate to complex statistical analyses and building forecasting models (required)
- Proficiency in Python or R (required)
- Strong competency in storytelling with data and research, while ensuring the integrity of the results
- Proven track record to influence and build solid relationships with HRBPs, HR COEs, and senior business leaders
- Solid understanding of the HR landscape (functions and processes) and existing challenges and best practices
