We are currently looking for volunteers to support us in providing NHS community health services to the people of Nottingham in a range of opportunities across our organisation which include
- Administration support volunteer
- Breast Feeding peer support volunteer
- **Clinic meet and greet volunteer**:
- Reception support volunteer
- Meet and greet volunteer in our Urgent Treatment Centre
You will need to be 16 years or over and be able to commit to volunteering for a minimum of two hours per week. Our volunteering roles can be offered on a short and long term basis. We will support you with training and travel expenses and you will be part of a committed team who want to make a difference each and every day.
**Clinic meet and greet volunteer**:
Our Childrens Public Health 0-19 Nursing Teams (formally Health Visiting and School Nursing) across the organisation need friendly volunteers to help us with our drop in Healthy Child Clinics.
You will engage with parents/carers, their children and support staff to run the clinics making an effective contribution to day to day running of services and improving client experience.
**Time Commitment**:2 - 3 hours per week. Monday to Friday morning or afternoon (not bank holidays).
