**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, specials, and promotions that meet customer preferences and budgetary constraints.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards.
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Plan and coordinate special events, including banquets, weddings, and corporate functions, to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems.
