**About the Role**:
This exciting role within our accounts payable department, is heavily admin & reporting oriented and will play a vital role in the smooth operations of the accounts payable department. As **Accounts Payable Administrator** you will be working as part of a big friendly/welcoming team and supporting with all aspects of Accounts Payable.

**Duties are not limited to;**
- Dealing with the financial reports - maintain accurate records and control reports
- Assist with month end closing
- Involving in the payments & ad hoc duties
- Reconciliations and preparations of the payments - ensuring timely payments of vendor and expense vouchers
- Data entry & controlling Bank details
- Resolving internal and external queries
- Assist accounts department when required
- Maintain supplier files and administration

**Skills Needed**
- Previous AP experience is desirable & admin experience
- Computer literacy skills - proficiency in Microsoft Office -Excel, VLOOKUP’s and others as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills - able to work effectively with other employees and external parties
- Strong verbal and communication skills
