**Job Overview**:
At Edu-Lettings we pride ourselves on providing both our venues and community users with the best-in-class customer service and client journey.

We are looking for a polite and enthusiastic personality who has previous experience of providing customer service, Ideally also having previously grown business within the sports, leisure and facility hire industry - preferably through traditional marketing methods and digital marketing/social media.

The expectations of our team is to have a customer journey focus and can-do attitude approach to our existing hirers and a commercial, driven tact regarding the marketing and promotion of new business at each venue.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Provide best in class service to our community hirers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups & partners.
- Take ownership of hirers questions and also any concerns.
- Management of our industry leading booking system, including administering of client documents & records to ensure all industry guidelines are adhered to.
- Enquiry Handling & management of our crm system.
- Lead generation and school/facility marketing training will be provided.

**About You**:

- Experience in delivering best in class service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high standard of computer literacy
- Experience in using a CRM is desirable
- Flexible approach to business working requirements, including working shifts at evenings & weekends.

**Package Includes**:

- Annual Salary £25.5k
- Quarterly Bonus Scheme (4k annually can be achieved)
