Like a chess player at the start of a game, you are patient and calculating. While others are still thinking about their next move, you’re five moves ahead. This means that you’re able to ensure projects are fully defined, specified, and priced.

You’re also experienced in preparing the Pre-Construction Information pack in accordance with CDM Regulations, and ensuring every project is specified and tendered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

And you understand why and how to ensure the necessary pre works surveys are in place when managing construction projects, making sure that you have covered all the project requirements.

Similarly, you’re able to handle customer and stakeholder relationships, making sure that each move is systematically delivered to achieve the set goal of providing quality service to the customer. And you’re consistent enough to achieve the same resultsover and again, however many times you must do it.
