As the HR Manager - People Services you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive HR service (People Services) centred around quality of service and customer experience.

You will act as a hands-on generalist for Head Office functions and the Capital Projects Team, covering all aspects of HR practice, including recruitment, talent development and employee relations. And will actively partner with key stakeholders, to providea HR service that is in line with the priorities of the business.

You will oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives, whilst remaining commercially astute, to deliver people outcomes which are aligned with business objectives.

**Ready to join the team?**

You must have a valid UK driving licence, be educated to degree level and possess CIPD qualification ideally up to level 7, or at least be a Chartered Fellow or Member of CIPD.

You should also have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager and have sound, proven knowledge of employee legislation and strong employee relations experience/background.

**Salary: up to £58,000 per annum
