**Join Our Team as a Brand Engagement Specialist**

We’re seeking a motivated Brand Engagement Specialist to represent our esteemed client, connecting with customers and building awareness for impactful causes. In this role, you’ll blend sales and marketing to foster meaningful connections and educate the public about philanthropic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Provide a warm welcome to customers and assist with inquiries, creating positive and memorable interactions.
- **Brand Awareness**: Actively engage customers to inform and inspire them about various philanthropic organizations and initiatives.
- **Marketing Support**: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies to support fundraising goals for charitable organizations.
- **Work Setting**: Collaborate with team leaders in-office to stay current on client information and community initiatives. Engage with customers in diverse event settings, including sporting events, retail locations, and malls, to share insights learned in the office.
- **Performance Tracking**: Maintain up-to-date records of personal performance, ensuring accountability in supporting assigned philanthropic organizations.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, team-oriented settings.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Open to learning, evolving, and embracing new challenges.

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
