Company Secretarial Administrator

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading professional services firm to provide company secretarial administrative services to the Private Wealth and Equity team.
Hybrid working.
Key responsibilities:
- Work on company secretarial administrative duties for a portfolio of clients
- Maintain records in accordance with requirements
- Assist with due diligence for clients and their investors
- Assist with call and distribution processes, investment/divestment transactions and management of cash transactions
- Ability to discuss cash management and admin related matters on client's behalf
- Ensure clients are correctly invoiced and records are maintained
- Assist with basic company secretarial tasks, including drafting minutes/resolutions and attending queries from stakeholders.
About you:
- 2+ years in a relevant client facing role
- Ideally part or full CGI qualified OR;
- degree qualified OR;
- previous practical client administration experience in a financial institution or professional services firm
