**Job Description**:
Statkraft has a significant and growing legal entity portfolio. The entity management is covered by the “Legal Company Governance & Digitalisation” function in Statkraft’s Corporate Legal team.

Working on relations with the Tax, Finance, Business and Legal teams, you will specifically provide support on the collection and maintenance of data from these teams to populate the specialist software “Diligent Entities”

This role will be offered as a six month fixed term contract and you will be based in our London office

As a Company Secretarial Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:

- Undertaking the administrative tasks of corporate data entry, and data collection from all Statkraft jurisdictions for the update and maintenance of the “Diligent Entities” software
- Providing any ad-hoc and ongoing administrative company governance support to the manager and the team
- Ensuring strong working relationships, both within the team and important interfaces in Statkraft

**Qualifications**:

- University degree qualification or commenced qualification towards the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme or LLM in Corporate Governance/ Law/ Grad CG postgraduate qualifications
- Experience as a Company Secretary or Company Secretarial Administrator / Assistant
- Previous experience using a Company Secretarial database is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisation skills and a high level of attention-to-detail
- A pro-active approach to problem solving
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
