**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support to individuals experiencing mental health issues related to substance misuse.
- Assist clients in developing coping strategies and life skills.
- Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Conduct assessments and monitor clients’ progress, adjusting support as needed.
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, focusing on substance misuse recovery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with organizational policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualification in mental health, social work, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3)
- Experience in supporting individuals with drug and alcohol misuse is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medication administration and related safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
