Customer Service Representative

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Ensuring problems or complaints are dealt with as per our policies to a satisfactory resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions by logging information so we are consistently learning and improving our customer journey
- First contact resolution is paramount
- Preventing any future issues from cropping up, up-selling and cross-selling
- Supporting co-workers, communicating and co-ordinating when necessary
- Build excellent customer relationships; you should listen and understand their questions and meet their expectations through your responses
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints or query by successfully determining the cause, making the correction or adjustment and always following up with customers to ensure resolution
WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Customer service support experience
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment to quickly identify and resolve problems
- The role is varied with several communication channels and the ability to retain knowledge is very important
- Strong listening skills
- Results driven
- Strong team player
- Attention to detail
- Time management and ability to prioritise workload
