Since its formation in 2000, Network Plus Group has gone from strength to strength following successful contract awards and acquisitions. The Group comprises Network Plus Services, Go Traffic Management, Capital Traffic Management, EOS and Network Plus Multi Utility.

Network Plus is now one of the UK’s leading utility and infrastructure providers, with offices and depots stretching from Carlisle to the South coast. We deliver services to clients and the public 24/7/365.

Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

**Our Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for someone to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved to both external and internal customers, providing excellent customer satisfaction every time

We are looking for someone to ensure that all client and customer operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner, by managing your time efficiently and prioritising contacts accordingly

We are looking for someone to maintain and update customers and company/client information databases and ensure that all issues are recorded thoroughly and escalated appropriately

We are looking for someone to manage the resolution of customer complaints within given timescales and keeping within company KPI’s and SLAs

**Experience and Knowledge**

Experience of working within the Utilities sector is desired but not essential

Ideally, you’ll come from a customer service background

IT and system literate

Able to work in an organised manner to meet important deadlines
