**The Role**

We are looking for Food & Beverage Assistants, who are energetic, guest focused, sensational servers, with the ability to work as a team or as an individual and to be attentive to all guests in order to exceed their expectations.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with guests to ensure they have everything they need during their visit. This role includes taking orders, serving food & drinks, cocktail making and barista work. Experience of working within the Hospitality industry would be an advantage, but most important is your ability to make guests smile - we can teach you how to take an order, whizz up a cocktail or to carry a tray - your outstanding customer service is what we need.

**What we are looking for in you**:

- You will have previous experience working within a busy hotel
- Be passionate about creating fantastic cocktails, mixing great spirits, and can advise and recommend our customers.
- Have flair, charisma, and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.
- Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the customer and restaurant management team
- An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
