We are seeking talented and experienced individuals obsessed with customer service for the role of Executive Travel Consultant, providing services for both Domestic & and International requests from Executive travelers and assistants. You provide your prior Travel Consultant experience and Amadeus knowledge, in return we provide a solid team of inspiring colleagues and an exceptional opportunity for career advancement. You will also be self-motivated and articulate with strong social skills and demonstrated success as a producer with the highest level of professionalism. Who You Are: - Experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant/Agent. Prior experience handling VIP/Dedicated is preferred- - Strong aptitude/understanding for booking highly complex multiple leg international itineraries.- A demonstrated and highly professional attitude and personal presentation skills in all verbal and written communications- Proficiency in GDS reservations system Amadeus- Solid technical skills, with the ability to assist customers with their urgent and/or complex requests- Knowledge of Internet Search Processes- Comfortable with English speaking and writing What You’ll Do: - Ensure optimal executive level service through effective use of our Egencia tools while providing priority wait-listing, preferred seat selection, and upgrade management as needed- Be pro active: Recommend alternate routes, lowest available fares, booking class, exchange rates and travel products/services and upgrades- Be creative to have consultative approach to ensure meeting and exceeding customer expectations.- Execute customer service issue follow-up and resolution, visa/passport processing, voids, refunds, exchanges, split ticketing, etc.- Provide Executive clients with a positive experience utilizing your expertise for a first call resolution- Follow-up from A to Z on every booking or issue- Positively contribute to the team environment Why Join Egencia?
