**Purpose**

Creating high quality content to raise the profile of Cyacomb with key audiences around the world to support business aims. Communicating with our customers and also highlighting Cyacomb as a key player and a voice of authority in our industry with a wider audience. Creating marketing copy, blogs, opinion pieces, thought leadership articles and podcasts. Adapting and tailoring tone of voice for Cyacomb’s varied audiences, including law enforcement, government, investors, future employees, charities, and NGOs in the UK, the USA and Canada.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Developing a wide variety of B2B content that raises the profile of Cyacomb with target audiences, adapting tone and tailoring content to specific audience need.
- End to end responsibility for planning, researching and writing/creating Cyacomb’s owned content such as blogs, opinion pieces, thought leadership and podcasts.
- Developing an in-depth understanding through research, interviews with knowledgeable internal and external colleagues, partners and industry figures, to create elevated, thoughtful and nuanced leadership articles and opinion pieces on key issues connected to online harms.
- Creating engaging factual written content about our tools to communicate clearly and persuasively to our law enforcement customers. This could encompass blogs, as well as lead generation and marketing literature.
- Sourcing content and drafting Cyacomb’s monthly newsletter.
- Creating appealing multi-format content for future employees to support our employee brand.
- Using Cyacomb’s wide network of knowledgeable employees, our advisory board and wider industry figures to gather facts and ideas for various content.
- Developing a central forward planner of all Cyacomb content creation and messaging.
- Collaborating with partner organisations to develop opportunities when relevant.
**Person Specification**

Experience and skills
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to write copy to an extremely high standard, and to vary tone of voice and content by specific audience need.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Educated to degree level or demonstrable experience of working in a similar role.
- Understanding the power of the written and spoken word to achieve a wide variety of business goals.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced business, to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- An initiative-taker who enjoys making a role their own and being proactive to generate content for Cyacomb.
- High attention to detail.
**Desirable**
- Previous content creation experience.
- Able to demonstrate the creation of complex high level opinion pieces and thought leadership articles.
