Title: Digital Content Creator

**Salary**: £20,000 - £26,000

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid working)

Contract: Permanent

Probation Period: 6 Months

We are The Care Leaders, a forward-thinking social enterprise dedicated to revolutionising children's social care through innovative e-learning, a leadership programme and consultancy. We're on the hunt for a dynamic Content Creator who can harness the power of social media and videography to share our mission and engage our audience.

Joining our passionate team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting educational and inspiring content, bringing to light the challenges and triumphs within children's social care. Based in Edinburgh, this role offers the unique opportunity to blend creativity, technology, and a commitment to social change.

**Responsibilities**
- Create compelling social media content that aligns with our mission to transform children's social care.
- Film and edit engaging videos and materials, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for our audience.
- Manage our social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter engaging with our community and expanding our reach.
- Utilise clips from our e-learning materials to create impactful short-form content for social media channels.
- Organise and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely publication and interaction on all platforms.
- Design our newsletters through Mailchimp.
- Collaborate with our team to capture behind-the-scenes footage and stories, showcasing the day-to-day impact of our work.
- Occasionally attend in-person events to capture inspiring content.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation and a proven track record of engaging audiences.
- Proficiency in videography, with the ability to produce compelling visual stories.
- Proficiency in using Canva or other design tools.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and the skills to manage and grow our online presence.
- A creative thinker with a strong work ethic, committed to our mission of improving children's social care.
- A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.

**Salary**

£20,000 £26,000 per year,

Full-time, permanent position, with additional benefits including a company pension & flexible working hours.
