**The Practice**

**Tovey Little Dental Centre **is a** m**ixed practice** in the city of **Wakefield, West Yorkshire**, located near major motorways and Wakefield Westgate train station for an easy commute, **Tovey Little Dental Centre **is near Wakefield Cathedral and The Hepworth Art Gallery. The practice is fully equipped with **Sirona chairs**, fully **digital radiography**, and **rotary endo**, with a dedicated and experienced team to support, and a highly skilled experienced manager on hand daily. The practice offers a blend of Health Services and Private treatments, in addition to cosmetic treatments.

**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanour, making them feel welcome and at ease
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate closely with our dental team to coordinate patient appointments and optimize office efficiency
- Provide administrative support, including managing patient files, ordering supplies, and other general office duties as needed
- Follow treatment plans for private Dentists
- Make appropriate private treatment bookings
- Offer finance options to patients
- Work with private Dentists to promote treatments
- Work with our Digital Marketing team to promote the practice

**Requirements and skills**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our patients and team.
