We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility in providing excellent administrative support and customer service to patients and medical staff. 14 hours per week Mondays and Tuesday 8am-4pm also including annual leave cover in addition when needed.
**Duties**:

- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Process payments and insurance claims
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health records
