**Business Affairs Executive (Senior Paralegal) - Film Production**
Do you have over a years’ experience as a Paralegal or Business Affairs Executive working in film sales, film distribution agencies, film studios or a TV company?
A rare and exciting opportunity for a Business Affairs Executive/Paralegal who has worked in the Film/Television industry to join a top multinational production and financing company on a permanent basis in London.
**The Company**:
The business collaborates with internationally renowned creators. Its productions include well-loved children's movies, animated movies, franchises in specific genres, and titles that are director driven. They have recently just sold out two films for all internationalterritories that included big named Hollywood casts.
**Your New Role**:
You can look forward to collaborating and assisting with the Head of Business and Legal Affairs and assisting teams across the whole business.
- Creating, negotiating, and carrying out business agreements and sales agency agreements and distribution agreements.
- Drafting and reviewing distribution contracts.
- Managing legal databases, file systems, and deal term tracker for distribution deals and all acquisitions.
- Management of licences and rights.
- Carrying out verification and exercising due diligence.
- Updating manufacturing standards and precedents.
- Liaising with producers, financiers, and distributors on contracts and delivery matters.
- Responding to inquiries about current contracts, including any violations, and advising other team members, if necessary, directing to the COO.

**About You**:

- Strong academics including a law degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Experience in Legal or Business Affairs within the Film or Television industry.
- Previously worked on the above contracts and agreements handled in the role is essential.
- Familiarity of Business Affairs.
- Knowledge of how finance can be structured is ideal.
