We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Global Mobility Manager to join our clients in their EMEA International Mobility team.

This position requires fluency in both English and French, hybrid or full-remote working available.

The main purpose Global Mobility Manager is to oversee the Mobility Advisors with day-to-day mobility processes and handle escalations for VIP assignees.

The Mobility Manager is a crucial level role, with overall operational accountability for the International Mobility team and core client account.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee team of Global Mobility Advisors who deliver end-to-end international assignment services whilst ensuring best in class end user experience
- Directly lead and manage c-suite and VIP assignee relocation cases
- Oversee delivery of HR and global mobility related services not limited to, assignment policy, relocation, assignee briefing, visa and immigration
- Communicate effectively in both French and English with VIP Assignees and HR contacts
- Work closely with HR and Shared Services Team to review and manage processes and procedures
- Train, mentor and develop the international assignment services team
- Review, manage client engagement and ensure the data integrity
- Ensure relocations are billed accurately and on time
- Maintain team alignment with mission, goals, and values
- Manage the global mobility departments objectives on KPIs and overall service delivery experience
- Support global project and process evolution
- Assist with global RFP responses in preparation and presentation
- Partner with other Managers and key stakeholders in providing the best possible client experience

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both English & French is essential
- Year of work experience in International Mobility, Assignment Management and Relocation
- Excellent knowledge of International Mobility processes, policies and procedures
- Ability to lead, manage and mentor staff
- Prior experience leading, managing or supervising a team
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Ability to ensure the global mobility team meet relocation project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong IT skills in MS Office and other global mobility technology systems
- Excellent client service skills
- Project management experience
