Our client, a well-know Relocation company, is looking for a Senior Global Mobility Consultant to join their team and specify in the EMEA region

The Senior Global Mobility Consultant will be responsible for executing and supporting short-, and long-term International Assignments, whilst also supporting permanent International Transfers.

This role also offers full remote working

**Senior Global Mobility Consultant Key Duties**:

- Coordinate with Global Compensation teams for preparation of Global Assignees payroll and tax requirements
- Support the continuous improvement initiatives that the business implements internally
- Conduct needs assessments, and provide initial and ongoing policy briefings
- Partner with internal departments to ensure compliance with client program specifications and policies and procedures
- Manage all service fulfilments, performance, reporting and finalization requirements
- Manage Relocation service vendors, and ensure they deliver a high level of customer service and support
- Provide advice and support to clients internal stakeholders where required
- Take responsibility for maintaining excellent data integrity, especially where there are various time zones so that all members of the team are aware of relocation updates
- Undertake, and manage the full administrational aspect of the Global Assignment, and International Transfer programs which may entail; counselling, authorisation, assignment extensions, localisation, repatriations and separations, relocation/destinationservice and exception management
- Consult with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners in order to provide expert counsel on policies, procedures and best practices
- Undertake local payroll reporting coordination for one of the businesses largest clients

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ Years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with C-Suite & VIP Assignees is desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Global Immigration process, regulations and compliance
- Strong technical proficiency, familiarity with Apro/Equus or other tracking systems is desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise workload, and exercise independent judgement to identify issues and potential resolutions quickly and effectively
