Our client is a rapidly expanding Litigation law firm based in the heart of Manchester. They are recruiting for several Housing Disrepair Paralegals to join them on their steep growth curve. Due to the exponential growth, there are very good prospects toprogress into substantial fee earning roles in the coming year

**Job Requirements**:

- Running a small caseload of Housing Disrepair and Litigated matters under supervision
- Supporting fee earner on their caseloads
- Opportunity to cross train and develop caseloads in other areas of litigation
- Liaising with clients and third parties and ensure all compliance is met

**Skills**:

- 6 months previous Paralegal experience withing Housing Litigation or similar field
- Team player who is driven to put their stamp on team
- Quick learner who is keen to develop into a fee earner
- Law Degree
