We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Global Operations team in the role of Senior (SIPP) Pension Administrator, Retirement Services HOST.
In this role, you will:
- Demonstrable experience of working in self invested personal pension environment
- Knowledge of HMRC rules and regulations in relation to current pension legislation
- Knowledge of FCA rules and regulations in relation to money purchase personal pension plans
- Knowledge of current Data Protection law
- Maintain own CPD
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and self-motivating abilities
- High attention to detail
- Aptitude to work to tight deadlines to ensure they are achieved
- Ability to prioritise both own and team’s workload
- Identifies and optimises efficiencies through streamlining processes and procedures
- Capability to work on their own initiative as well as being able to identify when it is necessary to seek advice and support
- Ability to manage and continually develop teams
- Ability to provide training and support to all team members regardless of their experience
- Experience of dealing directly with both internal and external auditors
- Experience of leading projects and project teams
The base location will be split between the Whiteley office and working from home.
