Apprenticeships are so important to many people and can start a great career but to ensure these are correctly followed an End Point Assessment must be completed which is the one of the duties to be completed within this role. You will have a supportiveteam around you who are very experienced and eager to help you within your new position as Awarding Lead to ensure apprenticeship standards are maintained. The role is based around quality, integrity and customer focus to clients and students for professionaland educational standards.

A typical day will include tasks such as:

- High quality EPA for apprenticeship standards
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Supporting with queries and questions into the department
- Updating internal stakeholders
- Working with education providers to ensure standards are maintained
- Helping assessors and lecturers
- Looking into continuous improvement for the department
- Annual budgeting and forecasting
- Programme tracking and full management reporting
- Client invoicing, raising purchase orders and expenses
- Work closely with other teams within the company
- Become the go to person for EPA, Assessments and support with Professional Licensing
- Awarding policies
- Arrangements for amendments
- Safeguarding and appeals
- Worked within an apprenticeship platform
- Upheld standards for apprenticeships
- EPA experience
- Strong administration skills
- Process driven
- Used to working to timetables
- Strong educational background
- Ideally degree educated
- Have an analytical approach
- Successful project management experience
- Experience of financial budgeting
