Job Title: Skills Trainer Assessor - Electrical Department

Location: Stamford College

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)

**Salary**: £29,400 - £36,059 per annum, plus market rate allowance depending on qualifications and experience

Stamford College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Skills Trainer Assessor within the Electrical Department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and training of the next generation of electrical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships in the electrical field.
- Delivering high-quality training and support to apprentices.
- Conducting assessments in line with awarding body standards.
- Providing constructive feedback to learners to aid their development.
- Monitoring progress and tracking achievement of apprentices.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the apprenticeship program.

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, or CAVA).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the electrical sector.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
