To be considered for this interesting role, you will need to:

- Be educated to A level standard or equivalent.
- Have at least one year of experience in a Front-of-House Catering role, including the supervision of high-end function catering for at least 50 covers.
- Be friendly and approachable but also, confident and assertive.

**Details of the role**

Hours of work are to be worked on a two week rota basis, Monday to Sunday covering early, mid and late shifts. The annual salary is £28,756 per annum for 37.5 hours per week with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break (step 34 on the College Salary Scale).
