You will be required to play a vital role in leading and developing the team;Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team;To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation;Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times;Ensuring that all guests' orders are taken and executed in a timely manner;Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu;Responding to guests' queries on the menu selection;Communicating any guests' questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, as well as any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the teams accordingly.You'll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you'll continually learn and develop.If you are passionate & looking to develop within a truly talented team, get in touch with us todayThe core skills and experience required to succeedTruly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;Previous supervisory experience in a busy environment is preferred;Excellent personal presentation;Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures;Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision;Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing ;To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.
