- Osborne House is a well established 74 bedded home in the heart of Selby, North Yorkshire. Accommodating care needs of Residential, Nursing and Dementia clients in both the long and short term. **Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Implement and follow individual care plans to ensure the specific needs of each resident are met.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on care and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Document any changes in residents' conditions or behaviours accurately and promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to IT systems used for record-keeping and communication within the care home.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with residents and team members.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- A caring attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in your care.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to the evolving needs of the residents.
- We have a variety of hours available, whether you want to work full time, part time or somewhere in between. Please note we cannot offer any less than a minimum of two days per week. _
