GRENKE began trading in the UK in 2002 and since then has expanded significantly opening offices in many of the UK's major towns and cities.
Responsibilities
- Providing a professional and distinctive customer service (external and internal) regarding new client contracts.
- Processing contract tasks in terms of contract takeover.
- Initiating customer credit control reports.
- Collating and maintaining customer and contract data in our IT systems, such as address/ banking details, change of internal contract codes related to contract management, insurance or legal requirements.
- Maintaining an up-to-date diary ensuring timely execution of tasks relating to Novation / Contract transfers.
- Ad hoc administration duties

Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years’ previous experience in Administration.
- GCSE English and Maths, Level C/4 and above.
- 2 x A Level/ BTec or equivalent
- IT/ Computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload, after training
