Wipro supports global organizations in accelerating their digital transformation ambition. Wipro is looking for a Principal Cloud Consultant to work in the United Kingdom on a permanent basis

The Principal Cloud Consultant will develop deep relationships with client problem owners and leadership. You will engage on senior delivery to the clients and solve problems for their success across the integration of multiple cloud technologies as well as consulting outcome management.

The Principal Cloud Consultant will work with Cloud Solution Architects and other Wipro leadership to create and propose client compelling propositions beyond pure cost arbitrage.

**Core Duties/Responsibilities**
- Should be able to mentor and grow consultants to provide clients with excellent service.
- Should be able to drive Thought Leadership.
- Share cloud sales & revenue goals with market unit cloud lead and sector sales leadership.
- Work together with Wipro Enterprise Architects and Cloud Engineering teams to create the assets/products to instantiate a market-leading solution.
- Support hiring/attrition, practice growth and personal chargeability.
- Balancing practice growth and Cloud Solution development while personally remaining client facing.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Must have experience in Cloud Consulting roles before. Must have Cloud end to end point of view. Comfortable and unafraid of creating content herself and comfortable working in collaboration.
- Should be self-driven, entrepreneurial, and able to deal with ambiguity. Highly client facing and comfortable having a peering relationship at client CXO level. Personal passion.
- Should be the point of contact to Wipro’s leadership across the market units for cloud solutions. Think including technology and beyond that to provide overall journey and solutions to clients.
- Industry specific background a strong recommendation for context and client engagement.
- Need to have the technical understanding in Cloud - AWS, Azure and Google. While not expected to be in technical delivery, should have certification in one or more clouds, (or else clear history and comfort in taking certification to show example to the practice).
- Must specialise in at least one of the following fields: Target Operating Model, DevOps, Application Modernization, Cloud Transformation or FinOps.
- Should be able to understand the business changes & drive the transformational journey.
- Should be able to integrate and work with the virtual team & show the right values by leading by example.
- Need to work with other practices and engineering teams within Wipro and create shared vision within Wipro and with clients to drive mutual success.
- Strategic mindset: Able to navigate “partner-congested” major accounts and ensure not just success today, but avoidance of issues tomorrow.
