**Principal Consultant - Digital & Data**

**Location: London/Hybrid**

**Salary: £75k-100k (+ Benefits & Bonus £110k-135k)**

Working with some of the biggest names in the industry, this exciting leader in Digital Transformation, has made it very clear that their rapid expansion is not over - in fact the business has committed to a significant head count increase and are lookingfor a talented Principal Consultant to join their team of passionate and highly-skilled technology professionals in turning the vision and strategy of their clients into action, through a high standard of delivery and a commitment to establishing a changeculture.

**Key Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- At least 8 years+ consulting experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering technology enabled transformational change in industry;
- Experience in one or more of the following capabilities:

- **Digital / Technology Strategy, Advisory and Operating Model**: IT capability assessments, IT enterprise solutions and architecture, IT estate assessments, design of IT Operating Models, creation of Digital Strategies, Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT) Transformation
- **Cloud Transformation and Modernisation**:Advisory and implementation experience of cloud solutions (inc. technologies from Cloud providers, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, BRM), Technology Assurance, cloud migration, or relateddigital enablement experience.
- **Product Management**:Product Manager / Product Owner experience (including the creation & delivery of product roadmaps, requirements gathering, overseeing and advising product delivery and advising on how products can be incrementally improved),experience in embedding / advising on DevOps capability, knowledge of development and delivery technologies (workflow, analytics, prototyping)
- **Technology Optimisation**: Emerging technology analysis, implementation and scaling of technologies including Robotics Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things
- A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services;
- An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes;
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues; and
- Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
- Evidence of sales experience, generate and leading business development activities and a proven track record of generating a pipeline of sales.
- Proven experience of team management, engagement leadership and supporting multi-functional teams.
