We are currently seeking to recruit individuals who are passionate about bartending. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a newcomer to the world of bartending, we at Galgorm Collection believe in upskilling our team, from training with industry professionals to touring local distilleries, there is always the opportunity to progress your skills and knowledge.

**About The Role**

**Main duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Welcoming all guests to the bar in a friendly, polite manner.
- With training, have full and complete knowledge of all beverage and wine menus enabling you to assist with any guest queries.
- Mixing and serving up all hot and cold beverages in the restaurant dispense bar during service ensuring all beverages are delivered on time.
- Using the bar till systems to place orders and process customer payments correctly.
- Ensuring all areas of the bar is clean, tidy and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Carrying out daily duties as allocated by the Bar Manager including changing kegs and maintaining drink stores.
- Making sure your personal appearance and uniform are in line with the required Resort standards at all times.
- Observe all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations.
- Attend any training that has been set up to aid your personal development including cocktail, wine, and coffee training.

- Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about bartending.
- ** Have previous experience working behind a bar.**:

- Be an excellent team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns and be available to work daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
- Have strong communication skills and be able to multitask.
- Have a sense of pride in the delivery of high standards of presentation and the Galgorm Collection brand.

- Previous cocktail-making experience (desirable).
- Barista experience (desirable).

**Required Criteria**
- A full clean driving license is essential to meet the requirements of the role
- Have a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer service
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hold adequate IT skills & preferably previous experience using service software
- Have strong teamwork skills
- Have the ability to prioritize their time and the importance of various tasks
- Possess sound knowledge of the Resort & local area
- Display a flexible work approach

**Desired Criteria**
- Have previously worked in a Concierge position in the Hospitality sector
- Have previously worked in a customer service role
- Have previous experience in the hospitality sector.
- Hold a PSV License
