Due to recent client wins, Custard are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious Paid Media Executive to join our band of digital marketing experts. This post offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, exciting, and supportive environment, making a real difference on a range of interesting and challenging client accounts.

The successful applicant will be expected to have an eye for detail, a head for numbers and experience running successful paid search and social accounts.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Undertaking account builds and restructuring exercises
- Campaign structure planning implementation
- Conversion tracking setup
- Landing page analysis
- Auditing new client accounts
- Carrying out keyword research, writing and reviewing ad copy and landing pages
- Working with Custard’s account managers to deliver meaningful client reports and delivering ongoing account improvements to increase ROI over time
- Keeping abreast of PPC and Paid Social best practice

**Requirements**:

- An understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- At least 1 year of experience in a dedicated paid media role
- Current Google AdWords certification
- Experience using Google Analytics for analysis and reporting
- Knowledge and experience of other direct marketing types such as display, shopping and Bing Ads is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills
- A high degree of numeracy and analytical problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry standard tools and software packages
