**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- Working alongside the operational team based in West Sussex, you will be responsible for creating a deliverable programme of works for the reactive service
- Monitor works raised and schedule in line with contractual KPIs
- Monitor and schedule 2-hour response works, to ensure safety related defects are met in line with client expectations
- Be able to adapt and overcome all scenarios relating to highways works, including severe weather events

**Who we're looking for** Experience**:

- Experience in scheduling would be preferable but not essential.
- Experience in working to a time critical solutions.
- Working in an office environment

**Skills**:

- Analytical and problem solving
- Good understanding of data and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Time Management
- Attention to detail

**Knowledge**:

- Understanding of Confirm software is preferable but not essential.
- Word and Excel
