Data & Automation Graduate Consultant

**Summary**

Ciklum is looking for a full-time **Data & Intelligent Automation Graduate Consultant **to join our rapidly growing team and work across a wide range of clients and industries.

As an Intelligent Automation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to support clients' business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement through the use of process reengineering and a wide array of Data & Intelligent Automation (IA) tools and technologies. You will work with a range of client stakeholders to assist them with prioritization activities and business cases.

You will be visible and participate in various interviews, meetings and workshops to define, optimize, and document processes to configure automation solutions. This will allow you to collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to reach a common understanding of the solution and the impact to address business needs.

As a data consultant, you will help to translate these business needs into technical solutions working alongside our Data Architects. You’ll understand how tools like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence deliver value for organizations, and how to build, and execute, a roadmap that allows data-immature organizations to rival cutting edge companies. You’ll learn about the power of Public Cloud, and how to deliver business, and technology, transformation to an organization.

You will visit client offices across the country and the globe with an expense allowance for accommodation, travel and food.

Expected Start Date: September (flexible)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in identifying areas, functions and processes for automation
- Engage with client stakeholders to identify and develop business cases, and translate them into process design documents
- Work closely with automation developers and business SMEs to ensure that the automation meets all the expected business criteria and steps
- Learn and upskill with new IA technologies such as process mining, RPA, OCR, task mining and BPM tools
- Option to rotate into other areas of Ciklum, including the opportunity to support the Chief Operating Officer

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Strong interest in emerging technologies
- Understanding of Data and Intelligent Automation tools and technologies
- Demonstrate some knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
