This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stock Controller or Administrator to join the team within a leading office supplies company in the Norwich area.

The company are a single source for everything customers need to be more productive, including the latest technology, core office supplies, print and document services, business services (printing services, graphic and creative design), facilities products,furniture, and school essentials.

Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible to carry out the duties of the stock re-ordering which covers the functions of raising and sending purchase orders, printing delivery notes, shortage sheets, purchase Backorder monitoring, checking dailyreports and general admin duties.

Hours - 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Other Duties Include:

- Implementing the requirements of the Company Health and Safety Management Scheme and the Company Quality Management Scheme
- Ensuring that customer order dates are met, negatives are dealt with to the full satisfaction of the customer
- Being able to cover any warehouse activities
- Carrying out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Branch / Customer Service Manager.
