We have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join the Motorsport Finance team, ensuring compliance with all Prodrive policies and reporting deadlines, and providing financial support to the month-end process.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage the creditors ledger including creditor payments, maintenance of installment plans and schedules, supplier account set up and reconciliations
- Assist the Assistant Management Accountant by providing timely and accurate updates on creditor spend for the weekly cash flow, highlighting any risks, concerns or variances
- Review creditors ledger on a weekly basis and assist with month end creditor reconciliations, highlighting any issues to the Finance Manager
- Review and keep on top of open POs including GRNI report
- Manage company credit card and expenses process in line with company policy, ensuring prompt turnaround
- Maintain the fixed asset register including additions and disposals and reconciling assets and depreciation to the general ledger. Administer finance lease transactions
- Calculation of month end accruals and prepayments
- Where required assist with bank payment/direct debit postings
- Assist the wider Finance Team with the year end & audit process
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to the Finance Manager and Project Accountant as required
