We are looking for a reliable handyperson to maintain our home's interior and exterior condition, ensuring all aspects of health and safety are met. Light carpentry and plumbing repairs are to be carried out, and all gas and electrical services are carried out externally, by contractors, which would be discussed during your induction.
Some decorating, cleaning, and manual handling will be expected, you must be well organized with strong general repair skills and have some proven experience as handyperson. A driver would be desirable, as you may be asked at times to collect and drop off items, to GP surgery's, or to collect any materials that are needed for repairs. To be able to work on your own initiative but to also work as part of a team, hours and pay to be discussed at interview. The home is twenty bedded and very friendly and supportive, Please get in touch if you feel this may be for you.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £10.80-£11.00 per hour
