**Job Overview**

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Intern / Junior Associate to support our property inventory operations and sales. In this role, you will assist with on-site property inspections, data collection, report generation, and customer communications. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in property management, real estate services, and the latest AI technology. No previous experience required as on the job training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **On-Site Inspections**: Assist senior staff in conducting property inspections and inventories. Collect detailed data (photos, measurements, condition notes) during visits.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Accurately enter inspection data into our inventory management system including googlesheets and help generate detailed reports for clients.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate with property managers, landlords, and tenants to schedule appointments and clarify inventory details.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review inventory data for accuracy and completeness, flag discrepancies, and assist in resolving issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organised records of inspections and inventory reports. Assist in updating standard operating procedures and training materials.
- **Support Operations**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inspection processes, incorporate new technologies, and streamline workflows.
- **Market Research**: Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in property inventory services.

**Qualifications**
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong observational skills with an ability to document property conditions accurately.
- **Inventory Base App**: Knowledge of the Inventory Base app is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
- **Ability to multitask**:This can be a very fast paced role so ability to switch between tasks and remain focused is a must.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- **Driving License**: A valid driver's license may be required for on-site property inspections (depending on location and job requirements).

Pay: £25,872.00-£27,537.00 per year
