**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing daily operations within the sales team.
- Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct direct sales and promotional activities for clients' products/services.

- Attend training sessions focused on leadership, team building, and management skills.
**Requirements**:

Pay: From £24,606.43 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
