We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Managers in our Direct Sales and Promotions department. This role is perfect for those looking to develop leadership skills and grow into a management position. No prior management experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead a sales team**: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- **Conduct direct sales and promotional activities**: Engage with customers to promote client products and services.
- **Training and development**: Assist in training new team members on effective sales techniques and customer interaction strategies.
- **Performance monitoring**: Track and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- **Customer engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- **Collaborate with senior management**: Work closely with the management team to implement marketing strategies and improve overall performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a desire to develop leadership skills.
- Goal-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- No prior experience required, but sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,560.16 per year
